After attending the L’Oreal Academy, he joined the Cristophe Salon for a 10 streak as a hair color specialist turned celebrity colorist. In 2008, Alfredo became part of the Argyle Salon and Spa and became one of the first 5 educators for Brazilian Blowout, which was created by the owners of that salon, a step that led Alfredo to launch his career as a platform artist and educator.
He became the Global Director of Education and VP Education while launching the brand in over 24 countries worldwide. Alfredo began to help with R&D while managing and building a team of 65 educators and over 100 influencers with a combined following of 10 million.
He attended his first Matrix Destination in 2018 and was moved by the education and experience. He dreamt of being on the team and in September of that year he joined Matrix as a Global Brand Ambassador. In October he flew to NY and helped work with the team at Biolage to create Biolage Color getting access to the lab and testing center, making his understanding of color unique.
